Maintenance & Winterizing

We offer regular maintenance and winterization services by visiting your home and/or business once or twice a year to proactively team with you. Keeping up with roof repairs including quickly addressing leaks and damaged materials can add years to your roof!

Coating

As a great alternative to re-roofing, we offer a coating that comes with a 20-year warranty, does not require permits, and is considerably less costly than most re-roofings. We would be glad to tell you more about the option of coating your roof as well as show you some photos of completed coating projects.

Re-Roofing

Our re-roofing work encompasses many different materials: “torch down” aka Modified Bitumen, TPO / PVC, composition (asphalt) shingles), and coating, as described above. We also specialize in Spanish tile, slate, cedar shingles, and cedar shake.
